文明施工的主要措施

在施工中，我單位將嚴格按照“集中施工、快速施工、文明施工”的十二字方針，把文明施工作為施工中的一個重點，以建立安全標準化工地為文明施工目標，總結我單位在其它工程施工中取得的經驗，精心組織，合理安排，做到優質施工，文明施工。
一、健全機制，明確責任
項目經理作為文明施工的組織者，對現場文明施工負全權責任。現場文明施工的直接管理由項目經理部施工技術部負責，安全質量部負責監督檢查。由項目經理和相關人員組成文明施工監督小組，按照文明施工細則每周檢查，并在生產調度會上通報情況，提出整改措施。
二、文明施工措施
加強全體職工職業道德的教育，制定文明施工準則。在施工組織、安全質量管理和勞動競賽中切實體現文明施工要求，發揮文明施工在工程項目管理中的積極作用。
1、推行施工現場標準化管理。
