內容摘要：
1、 搭設金屬扣件雙排腳手架，用于高層建筑的，應嚴格按國家有關專門規范的要求進行。
2、 用于一般建筑工程，應嚴格按省廳相關的行業規程要求進行。
3、 搭設前應嚴格進行鋼管的篩選，凡嚴重銹蝕、薄壁、嚴重彎曲裂變的桿件不宜使用。
4、 嚴重銹蝕、變形、裂縫及螺栓螺紋已損壞的扣件不準使用。
5、 腳手架的基礎除按規定設置外，必須做好排水處理。
6、 高層鋼管腳手架座立于槽鋼上的，必須有掃地桿連接保護，普通腳手架立桿必須設底座保護。
7、 不宜采用承插式鋼管做底步立桿交錯之用。
8、 所有扣件的緊固力矩，應達到45-55N.m。
9、 同一立面的小橫桿，應對等交錯設置，同時立桿上下對直。
10、斜桿接長，不宜采用對接扣件。應采用疊交方式，二只回轉扣件接長的二只扣件間隔不少于0.4m.。
11、高層建筑金屬腳手架的拉桿，不宜采用鉛絲攀拉，必須使用埋件形式的剛性材料。
12、嚴禁操作人員在酒后進入施工現場作業。
13、每個工人進入施工現場都必須頭戴安全帽。
14、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應事先向工地報告。
15、新工人進場后應先經過三級安全交底，并經考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
16、新工人進場應具有四證，即：職業資質證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
