交底內(nèi)容   瀝青灑布車作業(yè)
檢查機械、灑布裝置及防護、防火設備是否齊全有效。采用固定式噴燈向瀝青箱的火管加熱時，應先打開瀝青箱上的煙囪口，并在液態(tài)瀝青淹 沒火管后方可點燃噴燈。加熱噴燈的火焰過大或擴散蔓延時應立即關閉噴燈，待多余的燃油燒盡后再行使用。噴燈使用前，應先封閉吸油管及進料口，手提噴燈點燃后不得接近易燃品。滿載瀝青的灑布車應中速行駛。遇有彎道、下坡時應提前減速，盡量避免緊急制動，行駛時嚴禁使用加熱系統(tǒng)。駕駛員與機上操作人員應密切配合，操作人員應注意自身的安全。作業(yè)時在噴灑瀝青方向10m以內(nèi)不得有人停留。
瀝青灑布機作業(yè)
工作前應將灑布機車輪固定，檢查高壓膠管與噴油管聯(lián)接是否牢固，油嘴和節(jié)門是否暢通，機件有無損壞，檢查確認完好后，再將噴油管預熱，安裝噴頭，結(jié)實在油箱內(nèi)試噴后，方可正式噴灑。裝載熱瀝青的油涌應堅固不得漏油，其裝油量要低于桶口10cm，向灑布機油箱注油時，油桶要靠穩(wěn)，在油箱口緩慢向下倒油，不得猛倒。噴灑瀝青時，手握的噴油管部分應加纏舊麻袋或石棉繩等隔熱材料，操作時，噴頭嚴禁向上。噴頭附近不得站人，不得逆風扣作。壓油時，速度要均勻，海里突然加快，噴油中斷時，應將噴頭放在灑布機油箱內(nèi)，固定好噴管，不得滑動。移動灑布機，油箱中的瀝青不得過滿。噴灑瀝青時，如發(fā)現(xiàn)噴頭堵塞或其他故障，應立即關閉閥門，等修理完好后再行作業(yè)。人工拌和作業(yè)應使用鐵壺或長柄勺倒油，壺嘴或勺口不應提行過高，防止熱油濺起傷人。
瀝青混合料拌和設備作業(yè)應遵守下列規(guī)定：
（1） 作業(yè)前，熱料提升斗、攪拌器及各種稱斗內(nèi)不得有存料；
（2） 配有濕式除塵系統(tǒng)的拌和設備其除塵系統(tǒng)的水泵應完好。并保證噴水量穩(wěn)定且不中斷。
（3） 卸料斗處于地下底坑時，應防止坑內(nèi)積水淹沒電器元件。
拌合機啟動、停機，必須按規(guī)定程序進行。點火失效時，

Asphalt distributor machine operation

Asphalt Mixing Plant operations shall comply with the following provisions:
