氣焊工操作安全技術(shù)交底.doc

1、氣焊工須持特種作業(yè)證上崗，作業(yè)證過(guò)期未年審的不準(zhǔn)施焊作業(yè)。
2、施焊作業(yè)必須辦理動(dòng)火審批手續(xù)。
3、施焊場(chǎng)地周圍應(yīng)清除易燃易爆物品,或進(jìn)行覆蓋、隔離，并在施焊部位配備滅火器材。
4、必須在易燃易爆氣體或液體擴(kuò)散區(qū)施焊時(shí)，應(yīng)經(jīng)有關(guān)部門檢試許可后，方可施焊。
5、乙炔氣瓶必須裝減壓閥和防回火裝置，乙炔氣瓶和氧氣瓶之間距離不得小于5m，嚴(yán)禁平放，嚴(yán)禁曝曬，距易燃易爆物品和明火的距離不得少于10 m。檢驗(yàn)是否漏氣，要用肥皂水，嚴(yán)禁用明火。
6、氧氣瓶、氧氣表及焊割工具上，嚴(yán)禁沾染油脂。
7、氣瓶的購(gòu)、運(yùn)、儲(chǔ)存和領(lǐng)用必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公安部門的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
8、點(diǎn)火時(shí)，焊槍口不準(zhǔn)對(duì)人，正在燃燒的焊槍不得放在工件或地面上。帶有乙炔和氧氣時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)放在金屬容器內(nèi)，以防氣體逸出發(fā)生燃燒事故。
9、嚴(yán)禁在帶壓力的容器或管道上施焊，焊接帶電的設(shè)備必須先切斷電源。
10、焊接貯存過(guò)易燃、易爆、有毒物品的容器或管道，必須清除干凈，并將所有氣孔打開(kāi)。
11、作業(yè)結(jié)束，應(yīng)將氣瓶氣閥關(guān)好，擰上安全罩，檢查作業(yè)地點(diǎn)，確認(rèn)無(wú)著火危險(xiǎn)，方可離開(kāi)。

5, acetylene cylinder valve must be installed and anti-tempering equipment, acetylene cylinders and oxygen cylinders shall not be less than the distance between the 5m, is strictly prohibited flat, non-exposure, and open flame away from flammable substances shall not be less than the distance 10 m. Test whether the leak, use soapy water, open flame is strictly prohibited.
6, oxygen bottles, oxygen forms and welding tools, oil contamination is strictly prohibited.
7, cylinders of purchase, transport, storage and requisitioned to strictly enforce the relevant provisions of the public security department.
8, ignition, the torch exit are not allowed on the people, shall not be placed on the burning torch on the workpiece or ground. With acetylene and oxygen, are not allowed on the metal containers to prevent escape of gas burning accident occurred.
9, is prohibited with the pressure applied on the container or pipe welding, welding equipment must be cut off electric power.
10, welding store had flammable, explosive, toxic substances in the container or pipe to be cleaned, and all the pores open.
11, the operating end of the cylinder valve should be better off, twist on the security cover, check work sites, confirmed no fire hazard, before leaving.
