土方開挖自卸汽車操作人員安全技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1． 嚴格遵守《城市和公路交通管理規則》的有關規定。
2． 啟動前檢查工作裝置、行走機構、各部分安全防護裝置、及電氣裝置等。
3． 行駛中，如發現有異響、發熱等異常情況，應立即停車檢查，排除故障后方可繼續運行。
4． 自卸汽車應保持系統完好、工作平穩、操縱靈活，不得有卡阻現象。
5． 配合挖掘機作業時，自卸汽車就位后，接緊手制動器，在鏟斗必須越過駕駛室作業時，駕駛室內不得有人停留。
6．卸料時，車廂上空和附近應無阻礙物，向基坑卸料時，必須保持安全距離。
7． 卸料后，車廂必須及時復位，不得在傾卸情況下駕駛，嚴禁車廂內載人。
8． 通過危險地區或狹窄地區，應停車檢查，確認可以通過后，由專人指揮通過。
9． 車廂頂升后進行檢修等作業時，必須用支撐將車廂頂升牢固，方可以進入車廂下面工作。

9. Maintenance after the car jacking and other operations, must be firmly supported the car jacking, side work can enter the compartment below.
