內容摘要：
⒈進入現場必須遵守安全生產有關規定。
⒉挖土中發現管道、電纜及其它埋設物應及時報告，不得擅自處理。
⒊挖土時要注意土壁的穩定性，發現有裂縫及傾坍可能時，人員要立即離開并及時處理。
⒋人工挖土，前后操作人員間距離不應小于2m，堆土在1m以外并且高度不得超過1.5m。
⒌每日須檢查土壁及支撐穩定情況，不得將土和其它物件堆放在支撐上，不得行走支撐下。
⒍機械挖土，啟動前應先檢查離合器，鋼絲繩等，經空車試運轉正常后再開始作業。
⒎機械操作中進鏟不應過深，提升不應過猛。
⒏機械不得在輸電線路下工作，在輸電線路一側工作，不論在任何情況下，機械的任何部
位與架空輸電線路的距離應符合安全操作規程要求。
⒐機械應停在堅實的地基上，如基礎過差，應采取走道板等加固措施，不得將挖土機履帶
至基坑邊距離2m內停、駛；運土汽車不宜靠近基坑平行行駛，防止坍方翻車。
⒑電纜兩側一米范圍內應用人工挖掘。
⒒配合拉鏟的清坡、清底工人，不準在機械回轉半徑下工作。
⒓向汽車上卸土應在車子停穩定后進行，禁止鏟斗從汽車駕駛室上越過。
