第一章 編制依據(jù)與原則
第一節(jié) 編制依據(jù)
一、浙江省臺(tái)縉高速公路臺(tái)州至仙居段建設(shè)項(xiàng)目土建工程S1合同段招標(biāo)文件和交通部《公路工程國內(nèi)招標(biāo)文件范本》(1999年版)。
二、標(biāo)前會(huì)議所澄清的問題及補(bǔ)遺書等。
三、合同規(guī)定采用的施工技術(shù)規(guī)范,驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及質(zhì)量、安全技術(shù)規(guī)程。
四、現(xiàn)場實(shí)地勘察調(diào)查資料。
五、我單位的技術(shù)實(shí)力以及近年來參加公路、市政等類似工程的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),目前可投入的機(jī)械設(shè)備和人員。
第二節(jié) 編制原則
一、管理人員和施工隊(duì)伍:組織精干、高效的項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu),選派具有多年高速公路橋梁、隧道、路基專業(yè)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的管理人員和技術(shù)人員組成強(qiáng)有力的項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子。就近調(diào)集具有類似工程施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)專業(yè)施工隊(duì)伍參加本合同段施工。
二、施工組織:統(tǒng)籌安排施工,做到均衡生產(chǎn),采用先進(jìn)的組織管理技術(shù),提高施工機(jī)械化程度,降低成本,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
三、機(jī)械設(shè)備配套:采用先進(jìn)的機(jī)械設(shè)備,組成配套合理、高效的機(jī)械化作業(yè)線,充分發(fā)揮設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)能力。
四、施工工藝:根據(jù)本工程特點(diǎn)和施工內(nèi)容,結(jié)合我單位多年來類似工程的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用我公司開發(fā)的先進(jìn)的國家級(jí)、部級(jí)工法,橋梁鋼構(gòu)部分采用掛籃懸壁施工,隧道開

Section prepared on the basis
1, Taizhou, Zhejiang, Taiwan Ocean Highway civil works construction projects to S1 segment Xianju contract tender documents and the Ministry of paragraph "highway project template domestic tender documents" (1999 edition).
Second, standard pre-meeting for clarification and the residual books.

II compilation principles
First, management and construction teams: organization lean and efficient project management organization to send a multi-year highway bridges, tunnels, roadbed construction experience, professional management and technical staff of strong project leadership.
