總 的 要 求
投標(biāo)文件的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)編制,有兩個(gè)十分明顯的特點(diǎn):一、所編的施工組織設(shè)計(jì),必須全部符合招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定,而且在相應(yīng)的章節(jié)中,有體現(xiàn)響應(yīng)招標(biāo)文件的敘述。例如:招標(biāo)文件對(duì)投入本工程的人員資源計(jì)劃中,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的業(yè)務(wù)能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)水平、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、專業(yè)工程師的資歷、數(shù)量;主要施工機(jī)械設(shè)備的數(shù)量、規(guī)格、型號(hào);都有明確的要求,而且這些要求,一般都是硬性的。承包商(投標(biāo)者)必須在施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中列明這些資源的計(jì)劃安排。二、

The general requirements
Tender document construction organization and design, there are two very distinct characteristics: first, the series of construction design, to all the provisions of the tender documents, and in the corresponding chapter, to respond to the tender documents have reflected the narrative. For example: the tender documents on the staff resources put into the project plan, project manager of the business capacity and leadership, work experience, professional qualifications of engineers, quantity; number of major construction machinery and equipment, size, type; have specific requirements, and these requirements are generally rigid.
