第一章 編制依據及編制原則
一、編制依據
1、濟南市北園大街道路及環境建設工程招標文件、標前會議及答疑文件。
2、施工現場勘查資料。
3、國家及有關部委頒布的標準、規范、規程、政策及質量驗收評定標準。
4、與本工程相關的法律、法規及濟南市有關規定。
5、濟南市市政工程文明施工管理規定。
6、我局在濟南市多年道路、橋梁、管網工程方面的施工經驗和我局人員素質和設備狀況。
