本工程為室外400米標(biāo)準(zhǔn)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)（內(nèi)含一片標(biāo)準(zhǔn)足球場(chǎng)）。建設(shè)地點(diǎn)為小區(qū)內(nèi)，其中鋪設(shè)橡膠跑道面積約為4440平方米（含內(nèi)環(huán)排水溝蓋板面積119平米）；足球場(chǎng)地約7964平方米（含四周延展區(qū)）；羽毛球場(chǎng)、籃球場(chǎng)地面積約2263平米；場(chǎng)地四周設(shè)計(jì)安裝與之相適應(yīng)的燈光設(shè)施。除此外，設(shè)有內(nèi)環(huán)溝的排水，跑道牙為鋁合金制，整個(gè)場(chǎng)地占地面積約為180m×95m合計(jì)：17100平方米。其中基礎(chǔ)面積約為14550平方米。設(shè)計(jì)使用回填土種植天然草坪，這樣不但節(jié)省了費(fèi)用同時(shí)也美化了整體環(huán)境。
