內容：
本工程結構所用材料均應符合國家規范標準，砼強度等級均按以下規定：主臺倉筏板基礎及剪力墻為C40，柱為C35，梁、板、樓梯為C30。
一、 材料要求：
商品砼
二、 主要機具；
砼泵車，插入式振搗器、棒，木抹子，鐵插尺，膠皮水管，鐵桶，塔式起重機。
三、 作業條件：
1． 澆筑砼層的模板，鋼筋，預埋件及管線等全部安裝完畢，經檢查符合設計要求，并辦完隱蔽、自檢手續。
2． 澆筑砼用架子及跑道巳搭設完畢并經檢查合格。
振動器、棒經檢驗試運轉合格。
3． 操作班組應根據工長技術交底的方案及施工驗收規范的規定進行作業。
四、 操作工藝：
工藝流程：作業準備→砼運輸→梁、柱、板、樓梯砼澆筑→養護。
作業準備：澆筑混凝土前應將模板內的垃圾、泥土等雜物及鋼筋上的油污清除干凈，并檢查水泥砂漿墊塊是否墊好。木模板應澆水濕潤。柱子模板
