一、 施工準(zhǔn)備
（一） 施工器具
耙子、掃把、白線、鋁合金刮杠、尖鍬、平鍬、混凝土地泵、插人式振搗器、平板振搗器、配電箱、塔吊、水泵等。
（二） 技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備
1、 混凝土申請：澆筑棍凝±前，預(yù)先與混凝土供應(yīng)單位辦理預(yù)拌混凝土委托單及澆灌申請，委托單的內(nèi)容包括：混凝土強(qiáng)度等級、方量、坍落度、初凝終凝時間、是否加抗凍劑以及澆筑時間等。
2、 所有機(jī)具均應(yīng)在澆筑混凝土前進(jìn)行檢查，同時配備專職技工，隨時檢修。
3、 在混凝土澆筑期間，要保證水、電、照明不中斷。為了防備臨時停水停電，事先應(yīng)在現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備一定數(shù)量的人工攪拌和振搗用工具，以防出現(xiàn)意外施工縫。
4、 根據(jù)施工方案準(zhǔn)備必要的塑料布、保溫材料及測溫用具等。
（三） 作業(yè)條件
1、 各種專業(yè)管線已埋設(shè)完畢，鋼筋隱檢、模板預(yù)檢已完成。
2、 施工人員的通道架設(shè)、泵管的架子已搭設(shè)完畢。
3、 振搗設(shè)備調(diào)試正常及備有一定數(shù)量的振搗棒。
4、 放料處與澆筑點(diǎn)的聯(lián)絡(luò)信號已準(zhǔn)備就緒。
5、 勞動力安排已妥當(dāng)，名單已上報。
6、 與城管部門協(xié)調(diào)好，確保混凝土的順利澆筑。
7、 檢查墻、柱插筋位置、數(shù)量，預(yù)埋件的位置、數(shù)量，預(yù)留洞的位置、數(shù)量，模板接縫是否嚴(yán)密，模板隔離劑涂刷情況、支撐系統(tǒng)的承載能力、剛度和穩(wěn)定性是否滿足要求。
