河北省公路工程安全生產、文明施工管理規定
第一章  總 則
第一條  為加強我省公路工程施工現場管理，促進安全生產和文明施工，實現公路工程科學、規范、安全和文明的管理目標，根據國家和省有關規定，結合本省公路工程實際，制定本規定。
第二條  在我省進行公路工程（新改建、大中修）施工的現場管理及有關施工活動適用本規定。
第三條  公路建設項目法人對公路工程安全生產、文明施工負責。工程實施中應加強對職工的教育與培訓，按照國家有關規定建立健全安全保證體系，落實安全生產責任制，保證工程質量和安全。
第四條  河北省交通廳負責全省公路工程施工現場的安全生產、文明施工的監督管理工作。
各市、縣交通局負責本地區公路工程施工現場安全生產、文明施工的監督管理工作。
第五條  公路工程各從業單位必須堅持“安全第一、預防為主”和貫徹“質量第一”的方針，依靠科學管理和技術進步，認真履行有關安全生產、文明施工管理的相應職責，保障人身和工程安全，確保工程質量。
第二章  安全生產
第六條  施工現場（工地）安全生產實行項目經理負責制。建立健全安全組織保障體系，制定和完善安全生
