安全管理條例

第一章：總   則
第一條： 為了完善我分公司安全管理體系，強化管理制度，有效地遏制或杜絕事故的發生，根據國家和上級有關安全生產管理的方針、政策、法令、法規，結合我部實際情況，特制定本條例。
第二條：安全生產是我國的一項基本國策和企業管理一項重要內容，安全管理的好壞，直接關系到職工的生命安全和健康，并將影響企業的社會信譽和經濟效益。
第三條：各級管理人員及生產全體員工必須牢固樹立“安全第一、預防為主”的方針，積極、主動地參與安全管理，并在日常工作中密切關注施工現場，發現隱患及時消除隱患，努力地創造安全生產的良好環境。
第二章：組   織
第四條：根據橋處精神，結合我實際情況，建立由經理、總工程師直接領導的安全管理體系（附后）。
第五條：安質室設有專職安全員一名。
第六條：各分項目部及班組設有兼職安全員若干名

Safety Management Regulations

Chapter I: General Provisions
