第一章 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)綜合說明
本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是在認(rèn)真閱讀了本工程的招標(biāo)文件、招標(biāo)圖紙和勘踏現(xiàn)場的基礎(chǔ)上編制的，工期、質(zhì)量、安全和文明施工的目標(biāo)的措施，進(jìn)場機(jī)械設(shè)備、人員配備等均考慮了本公司的實(shí)際能力而鄭重承諾的，現(xiàn)將編制說明分別表述如下：
一、工程概況
本工程位于廣饒縣經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)，該工程為山東金嶺化學(xué)有限公司有機(jī)硅項(xiàng)目廠區(qū)道路工程。工程量9米寬：817米（做法：1、素土夯實(shí)；2、3：7灰土500厚；3、C30砼250厚），8米寬：151米（做法：1、素土夯實(shí)；2、3：7灰土500厚；3、C30砼250厚），6米寬：2077米（做法：1、素土夯實(shí)；2、3：7灰土300厚；3、C30砼200厚）。
二、工期目標(biāo)
招標(biāo)文件要求工期為60日歷天。我公司將在接到中標(biāo)通知書后，立即進(jìn)行施工準(zhǔn)備，按業(yè)主要求準(zhǔn)備工程開工。為了響應(yīng)招標(biāo)文件的要約，我公司認(rèn)真研究了工程情況，并仔細(xì)地踏勘現(xiàn)場，討論確定了切實(shí)可行的施工方案，采用專業(yè)流水線施工與平行施工相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行組織。按照所編制的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃留有一定的余地，以備在工程實(shí)施時(shí)，碰到局部有難度時(shí)，我公司將通過優(yōu)化施工網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃，采取必要的措施，調(diào)整局部工期和增加設(shè)備及施工力量，積極配合建設(shè)單位一起分憂解難，在總工期不延期的前提下，全面規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)籌兼顧、見縫插針地安排好各項(xiàng)施工任務(wù)，確保總工期不延期。為響應(yīng)招標(biāo)文件的要約，我公司承諾：本工程施工工期確定為60日歷天。
三、工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)
本工程質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為“合格”。
公司貫徹執(zhí)行“ISO9001：2000”質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為力爭該工程創(chuàng)建優(yōu)良工程提供了保證，因此，除了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中制定切實(shí)可行的質(zhì)量管理和技術(shù)措施外，本公司還將定期對進(jìn)場施工人員組織有關(guān)施工
