1設備、人員動員周期和設備、人員、材料運到現場的方法
1.1設備、人員動員周期
我單位接到中標通知后，立即組織項目經理部人員和機械設備上場。由項目經理帶領技術、安全、質量、計劃財務、設備物資、辦公室等部室人員共30人組成先遣組進入現場迅速展開工作。7天內調配急需的施工人員180名進入現場，調配急需的挖掘機、推土機、裝載機、內燃空壓機、內燃發電機、混凝土拌和及運輸設備20臺套及整套試驗和測量儀器到達工地。項目經理部其余人員15天內全部到達現場，其他機械設備、人員根據工程進度安排，陸續上場，確保滿足施工需要。
1.2設備、人員和材料運到現場的方法
1.2.1設備
外埠的設備采用火車運至西安站，然后用汽車運到工地；就近的設備及從就近施工工地調運的設備采用平板運輸車運至施工現場。
1.2.2人員
人員乘坐火車或長途汽車到達工地。

1.1 equipment, personnel mobilization cycle

Other ports of the equipment shipped to Xi'an by train station, then transported by car to the site; nearby equipment and transported from a nearby construction site of equipment transported by plate vehicles to the construction site.
