一、施工組織設計編制說明
（一）編制依據
1、某禹門口至閻良高速公路土建工程C01合同段招標文件、參考資料、標前答疑及有關補遺資料。
2、某省公路勘察設計院提供的有關設計圖紙、設計文件、設計資料。
3、交通部頒發的現行規范、規程、規則、驗標、公路工程施工定額、概預算編制辦法。
4、現場踏勘調查所獲得的有關資料。
5、我公司擁有的科技工法成果和現有的管理水平、勞力設備、技術能力，以及長期從事公路建設所積累的豐富的施工經驗。
（二）編制范圍
某禹門口至閻良高速公路土建工程C01合同段，即設計里程K0+000～K11+750全長11.75Km范圍內的土建工程，內容包括路基、路面、橋梁、立交、沿線設施等，達到交通部頒發的現行的交付驗收標準，并辦理交驗為止的全過程。
（三）編制原則
1、嚴格遵守招標文件所規定的工程施工工期，招標合同條款以及招標文件的各項要求，根據工程的特點和輕重緩急，分期分批組織施工，在工期安排
