第一章  施工組織設(shè)計(jì)編制說明

第一節(jié)  編制目的
本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的編制目的，旨在為某縣濱海工業(yè)區(qū)啟動區(qū)西側(cè)塘路工程投標(biāo)階段提供較為完善的綱領(lǐng)性文件。在施工階段，我們將結(jié)合以往類似工程施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對投標(biāo)階段施工組織設(shè)計(jì)作適當(dāng)調(diào)整，以便更好地指導(dǎo)工程施工管理，以確保實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)、按期、高效、低耗、安全、文明地完成本工程的建設(shè)。
第二節(jié)  編制原則
1、遵循招標(biāo)文件及招標(biāo)補(bǔ)遺書的各項(xiàng)條款的原則。
2、遵循設(shè)計(jì)和標(biāo)前會的原則，正確組織施工，確保工程質(zhì)量優(yōu)良。
3、堅(jiān)持招標(biāo)文件和設(shè)計(jì)施工圖中的技術(shù)規(guī)范的原則，確保產(chǎn)品使業(yè)主滿意。
4、實(shí)行“項(xiàng)目法施工”的原則。
5、堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是的原則，根據(jù)本單位的實(shí)力，確保施工組織的可行性先進(jìn)性和合理性。
6、充分發(fā)揮機(jī)械化、專業(yè)化施工企業(yè)優(yōu)勢的原則。
7、確保本工程施工的安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和文明施工均滿足業(yè)主要求。
第三節(jié)   編制依據(jù)
