交底內(nèi)容：
一、 工程概況
本工程橋梁鉆孔樁基礎(chǔ)總樁數(shù)為20條，施工范圍從0#橋臺至3#墩，其中橋臺樁基雙排布置，樁徑為1.2m，橋墩樁基單排布置，樁徑為1.5m。橋臺樁基樁端持力層要求嵌入微風(fēng)化鐵質(zhì)粗砂巖2.5米以上，橋墩樁基樁端持力層要求嵌入微風(fēng)化鐵質(zhì)粗砂巖3米以上，并且保證樁底下面有不小于5米的完整基巖。
二、 質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1、 保證項(xiàng)目
（1） 灌注樁用的原材料和混凝土強(qiáng)度必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和施工規(guī)范的規(guī)定。
（2） 成孔深度必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，樁端持力層為微風(fēng)化鐵質(zhì)粗砂巖，遇軟弱夾層時必須穿越軟弱夾層。
（3） 樁身材料：混凝土等級為C30，為水下混凝土；鋼筋R235級，HR235級。縱筋的混凝土保護(hù)層厚度為50mm。
（4） 分段鋼筋籠中的縱筋采用對焊接長，加強(qiáng)筋采用雙面焊；縱向鋼筋接頭應(yīng)每隔一根錯開，同一截面可接長50％的總鋼筋面積的鋼筋，相鄰接頭錯開1000mm以上；螺旋箍筋與縱筋點(diǎn)焊，螺旋箍筋采用單面搭接焊10d接長。
（5） 采用正循環(huán)工藝成孔和清孔，樁身垂直度偏差要求不大于0.5％，樁徑偏差要求不得超過-50~+100mm，樁位偏差不得大于5cm，灌注混凝土前孔底沉渣厚度要求不大于50mm。
必須按照設(shè)計(jì)要求在鋼筋籠內(nèi)布置好檢測
