土石方開挖施工技術(shù)交底記錄.doc

交底內(nèi)容：
1、開挖前應(yīng)對開挖區(qū)域的原地形進(jìn)行復(fù)測、拍照、報監(jiān)理審批，作為工程量計量的依據(jù)。
2、開挖前先作好排水設(shè)施，保證土石方工程排水順暢。
3、挖土應(yīng)由邊到中，分層循序進(jìn)行。當(dāng)開挖至接近路基設(shè)計頂面時，應(yīng)根據(jù)土質(zhì)情況注意預(yù)留碾壓沉落高度，其數(shù)值可通過試驗(yàn)確定。
4、路基的尺寸和高程必須符合圖紙要求，不得超挖，同時應(yīng)根據(jù)施工需要增加工作面寬度。
5、地基的任何部分受到擾動或損壞時，按照監(jiān)理工程師的要求予以超挖。
6、開挖完后路基要進(jìn)行平整、碾壓。路基壓實(shí)采用重型擊實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，路塹以下深度0~30cm內(nèi)路基壓實(shí)度要求達(dá)到95%。如達(dá)不到壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時，要進(jìn)行換土處理。
7、整個施工期間，始終對所有挖方和路堤的工程邊坡、路拱和排水溝進(jìn)行修筑，并予以養(yǎng)護(hù)來保證滿足排水的要求。
8、路基在開挖過程中，若遇軟弱地層或障礙物，需采取特殊措施時，應(yīng)與監(jiān)理工程師和設(shè)計部門商討處理。
