交底內(nèi)容：
1. 本工程污水管材的選用：管徑≥Ф300mm采用高密度聚乙烯管（HDPE）
(1). 高密度聚乙烯管（HDPE）當(dāng)土壤承載力為80~100Kpa和非巖石時(shí)，采用原狀土作為基礎(chǔ)；當(dāng)土壤承載力為50~70Kpa時(shí)，采用經(jīng)夯實(shí)后的原狀土作為基礎(chǔ)，夯實(shí)密度應(yīng)達(dá)到95%；當(dāng)溝底遇到巖石、卵石、硬質(zhì)土、軟的膨脹土、不規(guī)則碎石塊及浸泡土質(zhì)而不宜作溝底基礎(chǔ)時(shí)，應(yīng)挖除后做人工基礎(chǔ)，基礎(chǔ)厚度應(yīng)為0.3~0.5倍管徑，且不得小于150mm。
2. 管道接口：≤Ф500 HDPE管采用 ‘O’形橡膠接口。
3. 管道基礎(chǔ)施工前應(yīng)修整槽底，復(fù)核標(biāo)高，清除淤泥與碎石，若出現(xiàn)超挖，則采用砂礫回填，并人工夯壓密實(shí)，不得使用土回填。
4. 管道基礎(chǔ)墊層（300mm厚砂夾石和150mm厚中粗砂）施工，應(yīng)做到夯實(shí)緊密、表面平整。管道基礎(chǔ)在接口部位，應(yīng)挖預(yù)留凹槽，以便于接口操作。凹槽在接口完成后，隨即用砂填實(shí)。
5. 在管道下管前應(yīng)檢查和修整溝（槽）底標(biāo)高和管道基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量，經(jīng)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收符合施工規(guī)范及設(shè)計(jì)要求后，才允許下管。每根管子及每個(gè)配件在入溝之前應(yīng)除去內(nèi)部雜物，檢查有無裂縫、碰傷、剝落及其他缺陷，不符合質(zhì)量要求的，不得使用。
6. 根據(jù)各種管徑、重量采用人工或機(jī)械下管。下管要有專人負(fù)責(zé)指揮，切實(shí)注意安全。下管時(shí)始終保持管身平衡均勻溜放至溝槽內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁將管材由溝槽邊翻滾入槽內(nèi)。對(duì)于鋼筋混凝土管，一定要根據(jù)管子的重量和直徑選擇合適的柔性懸?guī)Щ蚶K帶，確認(rèn)起吊機(jī)械性能良好后，方可進(jìn)行起吊下管。
7. 高密度聚乙烯管（HDPE）的鋪設(shè)：
(1). 管道須直線鋪設(shè)，遇特殊情況可利用柔性接口折線鋪設(shè)，相鄰兩節(jié)管縱軸線相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)角不大于20º
(2). 承插口管安裝時(shí)，插口順?biāo)鞣较颍锌谀嫠鞣较颍上掠蜗蛏嫌我来伟惭b。

1. The selection of the wastewater pipe: diameter ≥ Ф300mm high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE)
(1). High-density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) when the soil bearing capacity is 80 ~ 100Kpa and non-rock, the use of undisturbed soil as a base; when the soil bearing capacity is 50 ~ 70Kpa, the use of compacted undisturbed soil as the basis , compacted density of 95%; when the bottom was encountered rock, gravel, hard soil, soft soil, irregular stone blocks and soak the soil and are unsuitable for ditch foundation, excavation should be done manually after the base base thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 times the diameter, and shall not be less than 150mm.
2. Pipeline Interface: ≤ Ф500 HDPE pipe with 'O' shaped rubber interfaces.
3. Pipeline construction before finishing bottom of the tank foundation, review level, clear the mud and gravel, if there overbreak, then backfill with gravel and compacting compaction manually, not use soil backfill.
4. Pipeline based bedding (300mm thick 150mm thick sand with stone and coarse sand) construction, should be tightly compacted, smooth surface. Pipeline based on the interface area, should be reserved dug grooves in order to interface operation. Grooves in the interface is complete, then filled with real sand.
5. In the pipeline before the next inspection and repair of pipe trench (groove) bottom elevation and channel-based quality inspection by the Commissioner consistent with the construction specifications and design requirements, are allowed under control. Each pipe and each fitting into the ditch before the removal of internal debris, check for cracks, bumps, spalling and other defects, does not meet the quality requirements, shall not be used.
6. According to various diameters, the weight under control by manual or mechanical. Be specifically responsible for directing the next tube, effectively safety. Always keep under control when sliding up the tube body to the groove evenly balanced, the forbidden side of the roll pipe into the tank by the groove. (2). Bearing socket pipe installation, the jack along the flow direction, flow socket reverse direction, from downstream to upstream order of installation.
