交底內容：
1、 拆遷建(構)筑前,應制定安全可靠的拆除方案。先將與拆除物有連通的電線、水、氣管道切斷。并在四周危險區域內設安全護欄。
2、伐樹范圍內應布置警戒，非工作人員不得逗留、接近，大風、大雨天不得進行伐樹作業。
2.清除淤泥時，應先排除積水，并制定相應的安全措施。
3、各施工班組現場應設防火負責人，負責本班所在區域的防火工作，并要經常檢查、督促本班組人員做好防火工作。
