預制混凝土板塊和水泥方磚路面鋪設施工
1  范圍
    本工藝標準適用于工業與民用建筑的廠區、庭院道路及停車場等，鋪設預制混凝土板塊和水泥方格磚面層。
2  施工準備
    2.1  材料及主要機具：
    2.1.1  預制混凝土板塊：強度不應小于20MPa，規格為49.5cm×49.5cm，路面塊材厚度為10cm以上，人行道及庭院塊材厚度為5cm以上。進場時應有出廠合格證、混凝土強度試壓記錄。并對混凝土板塊進行外觀檢查，表面要求密實，無麻面、裂紋和脫皮，邊角方正，無扭曲、缺角、掉邊。板塊允許偏差：長、寬±2.5mm.，厚度±2.5mm，長度≥400mm平整度為lmm，長度≥800mm，平整度為2mm。
    2.1.2  水泥方格磚：尺寸為25cm×25cm×5cm，抗壓、抗折強度符合設計要求，其規格、品種按設計要求選配，外觀邊角整齊方正，表面光滑、平整，無扭曲、缺角、掉邊現象，進場時應有出廠合格證。
    2.1.3  砂：粗砂、中砂。
    2.1.4  水泥：325號以上普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，有出廠合格證。
    2.1.5  磨細生石灰粉：提前48h熟化后再用。
    2.1.6  預制混凝土與路牙子，按圖紙尺寸及強度等級提前預制加工。
    2.1.7  主要機具：小水桶、半截桶、掃帚、平鐵鍬、鐵抹子、大木杠、小木杠、篩子、窗紗篩子、噴壺、錘子、橡皮錘、鏨子、溜子、板塊夾具、扁擔、手推車等。
    2.2  作業條件：
    2.2.1  庭院或小區的地下各種管道，如污水、雨水、電纜、煤氣等均施工完，并經檢查驗收。
    2.2.2  庭院或小區的場地已進行基本平整，障礙物已清除出場。
