綜合管溝外防水工程施工技術交底.doc

交底內容：
1. 綜合管溝工程防水等級為2級,主體結構采用防水混凝土,迎水面采用無機防水涂料涂刷,施工縫嵌鋼板止水帶,變形縫采用中埋式橡膠止水帶。
2. 無機防水涂料的主要性能應符合《地下工程防水技術規范》（GB50108-2001）及《地下防水工程質量驗收規范》（GB50208-2002）的相關規定。
3. 本工程采用的無機防水涂料有水泥基滲透結晶型防水涂料和水基滲透型防水涂料兩種。中環路綜合管溝除標準斷面采用水基滲透型防水涂料外，其它部位采用水泥基滲透結晶型防水涂料；11號路綜合管溝采用水泥基滲透結晶型防水涂料。
4. 綜合管溝防水工程施工期間，要做好排水工作，地下水位應降低至防水工程底部最低標高以下至少30cm，直至防水工程全部完成為止。 基坑周圍的地面水必須排除或控制，不得流入基坑。基坑中不應積水，如有積水，要排除，嚴禁帶水或帶泥漿進行防水工程施工。
5. 基面必須平整牢固。用2m長直尺檢查，基面與直尺間的最大空隙不超過5mm，且每米長度內不得多于一處，空隙間只允許有平緩變化。基層表面應清潔干燥。當干燥有困難時，應涂刷潮濕基面處理劑。陰陽角處，均應做成圓弧形或鈍角。
6. 所有的表面都應清除疏松的物質、脫模劑、油圬、膠及其它異物。如有必要，應用高壓清洗法以除去污物、灰塵及塵垢。
